Author Sheri-Lynn DeMaris has practiced and studied macrobiotic cooking and philosophy for 28 years. She has studied and taught cooking throughout the US and abroad.  Sheri is the author of Macro Magic for Kids and Parents.  She is a featured guest teacher at the Natural Kitchen Cooking School.
